Cardinal Moving & Storage is a local Cleveland moving company built on straightforward work: show up on time, take care of people’s belongings, and work as a team. We’re always looking to add dependable people who take pride in doing the job right.

Most of our crew started without moving experience. If you’re willing to learn and put in the effort, we’ll teach you the rest.

Most training happens in the field, with occasional refresher days in the warehouse.

Job Expectations

This is hands-on, physical work. You’ll be moving furniture, packing boxes, wrapping items, and loading and unloading trucks. Some days are straightforward. Some are long. Most involve problem-solving on the spot.

You’ll also be around customers throughout the day. That means being respectful, communicating clearly, and keeping things professional, even when the job gets tough.

Crew leads take on additional responsibility—loading trucks efficiently, handling inventory, and managing paperwork—but everyone on the team contributes to how the job goes.

What We Look For in Team Members

Reliability: Show up on time and be ready to work.
Team mindset: This job doesn’t work without coordination. Everyone needs to pull in the same direction.
Physical capability: You should be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs safely.
Professional attitude: You’ll be in customers’ homes and businesses. How you act matters.
Willingness to learn: We can teach moving, but we can’t teach effort.
